Ah man you guys are all lucky. I went through the invincibility stage - didn't come off once in year, then did borrowdal bash in the lakes... I liken it to an outer-body experience where I looked down at my bike, my mate on his bike, and the ground all floating away rapidly. Enjoyable at this point? Yes. After eating a granite sandwich and cracking a rib? No...
I've only had one crash where i didn't care about my bike, and that was when I fractured my pelvis riding up my drive having just completed the beast at coed y brenin unscathed. I'm so ashamed of that one... Lol0 -
I enjoy the falling off bit and the grazing, cuts and bruises aren't too bad its the aching for a week after that I don't like!
Does anyone now why that happens?! I mean medically, what the reason for your muscles aching so much after a crash?? :?:
