That's a cheapy £1 drink cooling sleeve from Morrisons (I cut the strap off) and a cool-block. And a lolly.

One hour later after an hour in the hot hot heat. 8) It was a tiny bit soft but still very nice.

Btw I put ice cubes in my water bottle but they had melted after five minutes. :shock:

    :D I can just imagine getting an icecream headache whilst cycling, now that would be a first!

    Yep! You win a valuable prize! I know if I take my guards off though it will immediately start raining. Which will ruin my lolly experience.
