Claud Butler Cape Wrath D27 fork upgrade advice

I'm looking for advice on upgrading my Cape Wrath D27.
I've had the bike for a five months now and while it's brilliant fun I'm starting to think about tweaking the forks.
I was wondering about changing the spring. I read somewhere that the spring is rated for someone about 60-65kg and sure enough it is very soft for me (I weigh 82kg); the fork is a Suntour XCR Lo with 120mm travel - do Suntour (or anyone else) make heavier rated springs that can be fitted?
If yes, what would be the recommendation and how much roughly?
Also, fork oil. My nephew replaced the fluid in his forks and said the difference was considerable. I think this would also be a good upgrade - any advice?
It's my intention to take part in the Cathkin Braes event in August (my first cross country event) and I thought an upgrade like this maybe a good idea.
Cheers.
