II’m thinking of upgrading my bike to 10 gears.
Can I put the new cassette onto my existing hub?
Will my existing rear Shimano 105 derailleur by adequate for a ten speed cassette?
Will a ten speed chain be compatible with my existing chain ring?
Please feel free to add any other notes.
Many thanks. Martin.

Providing you are now on 8 or 9sp then the answers are yes, yes and yes. You can also use the same front mech. You only need shifters, cassette and chain. The rest will be fine until you wear them out.
