Thinking of doing the whole 106mile route.
Just wondering what the route is like in terms of tyre choice, for rolling resistance should be minimal. Is it all nicely paved for instance?

We were on some of it on Saturday. Used MTBs with Schwalbe City Slicks which were perfect. Route details are:

is this an actual path/link up of paths or is there alot of road riding?, it looks like it might be a good onei spent all me money on whisky and beer!!!0
