I already have 2 cats and Mrs B has 25 kids every day (she's a teacher) so I'm fine with thin spermz
Everything in moderation ... except beer
Beer in moderation ... is a waste of beer
If riding an XC race bike is like touching the trail,
then riding a rigid singlespeed is like licking it
... or being punched by it, depending on the day
Ahhhh it's all scaremongering. My mate does tri & biathlons and has been an avid cyclist (both road & mtb) for a long time. He currently has 2 kids with a 3rd on the way.
I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it
Surely this is more of a worry for road bikers? Am I the only one who spends most of his time offroading out of the saddle anyway?
That's what I was thinking. When I'm actually in riding form, the only time I sit down is when climbing a long hill. I got to the point last year where I could ride 40 or so Km without sitting down, found that running helps this too.

Especially the roadies. Inbetween doing all those miles and shaving their legs.
Not to mention all the time spent pumping themselves up on 'roids, leaving them with a limp noodle anyway.

For me its a matter of circulation. I can't ride my Scott without having numb nuts after a few miles.
Saddles with a slight gap in them are best.
