Don't think you need to worry unless you're over doing it.0

I already have 2 kids and don't want any more. Looks like another excuse for me to get out on the bike more
<Runs off to show that article to the wife and use it as justification to spend more money on the bike>0 -
I already have 2 cats and Mrs B has 25 kids every day (she's a teacher) so I'm fine with thin spermzEverything in moderation ... except beer
Beer in moderation ... is a waste of beer
If riding an XC race bike is like touching the trail,
then riding a rigid singlespeed is like licking it
... or being punched by it, depending on the day0 -
Tbh, if you are doing over 300km per week, you will most likely not have any time or energy for any babymaking anyway.
Especially the roadies. Inbetween doing all those miles and shaving their legs.
Not to mention all the time spent pumping themselves up on 'roids, leaving them with a limp noodle anyway.

Ahhhh it's all scaremongering. My mate does tri & biathlons and has been an avid cyclist (both road & mtb) for a long time. He currently has 2 kids with a 3rd on the way.I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it0

Are they his tho ?0

Why do you think saddles have grooves in the middle? Its to stop the saddle crushing the tube(?) that carries sperm.0

I think you'll find thats called the vas differens.
For me its a matter of circulation. I can't ride my Scott without having numb nuts after a few miles.
Saddles with a slight gap in them are best.0 -
I am 34 and have 2 kids so my Sperm can retire whenever it wants0

Surely this is more of a worry for road bikers? Am I the only one who spends most of his time offroading out of the saddle anyway?0
-
I spent most of my youth either cycling or in front of old CRT TV screens playing computer games so my sperm probably died long ago.
