'Nello' ride

The FORCE charity challenge , otherwise known as the 'Nello', was staged on Sunday for its tenth year, this time pulling in over 600 riders for the two routes from Exeter and over Exmoor. Quite a lot of entries seemed to be on the day.
Again, a big thanks to the organisers for the usual high standard of organisation, and superb food at the stops.

What a great day, I managed the 100 in 6hours 24minutes, a personal best for me.
Must have been the great food that kept me spinning the pedals.
Heard the lady who was helivaced out from Simonsbath had a suspected ruptured spleen but was let out of hospital later on Sunday with cuts and bruises.
Hope she's recovering OK.
Can't wait for next years ride.....
