diamondback response 09 for £300????

I have found a second hand barely used diamondback response 09 for £300 with a warranty..same as the one in the link

My troubleis I started out looking for a £200 to £250 bike for weekend recreational riding on trails and I am now confused as to wether I should spend a little more and get the better (than I need) spec response.

I have considered the Kona Lanai 08 for £220

and the decathlon rockrider for £200

Or the Giant boulder(I think) for £250

Would love some feedback but please dont tell me to up my budget any more because I cant afford to..thanks

For 300 take a look at the Rockrider 5.3 - nothing touches it for the money.

IYO is the 5.3 for £300 better than the diamondback response.for £300 which has an rrp of £490, altho can be found for £390 (cant find it cheaper though)
