Today was suppose to be special, It was supposed to be the day I smash the 2500 mile mark but im sat at home with Man/Swine/Burd flu wallowing in self pity, Someone tell me I will be ok for the morning PLEASE :(

    Everyone gets sick now and again so dont worry about it. A couple of days wont hurt you when you've come this far. :)

    sometimes if you've been riding quite a few days in succession, you can often need a rest day for the body to recuperate (and this hot weather may exacerbate the problem as we are all prone to dehydration)

    stick with it, the bike will still be there tomorrow

    I had it last week from tues-friday, boy was my commute hardwork.

    Man-Flu, Commuting & hot weather are not a good combination.

    Istruggles through though.

    Im doing everything I can to not break out the bike, My chest is soundling like a rattling old oil drum but im not actually feeling so bad now.
