For parts and accessories I have used lots of online retailers- Evans, BikePlus, Wiggle, ChainReactionCycles, Ribble etc. All of them have their uses but I recommend Dotbike.com for the best combination of range of goods, stock info, prices, quick delivery and most of all, great customer service. Hurrah!

On some items perhaps, but others not.
'tis just my opinion, of course but I'd often rather pay a few quid more knowing I'm going to receive great service from a small team of knowledgable, dedicated people.0 -
