Commencal Super 4 & Meta 5 owners - help!

OK - I am considering a Meta 5.5 or a Super 4 - I ride mainly in UK and probably most of the time I'd be considering my hardtail for southern hills so a full susser would be for Peaks, Wales, Lakes etc and Alps trips.
Would the Super or the Meta be best for me - looking for some honest views of owners - where do you ride, how and do you regret not going for the 5.5 or the 4 depending on which you already have!
Also - the 5.5.3 and the 5.5.2 have very similar weights with the main build diff being the forks - is the 2 worth the extra?
