Does anyone know what the time cutoffs are for riding the TDF routes prior to the caravan/race, etc?
Aren't the roads closed all day? they certainly were when it came to the UK and no way were you allowed on once the barriers went up. They probably make an exception on mountain stages to allow people to get up there but I wouldn't bank on it; I imagine most people ride up the night before.
