As you say, hmmmmm....
That's the first time that I've read 53x12 when Ferrarri's tone is something other than complete confidence. He actually sounds quite rattled. TBH, this is the best bit of advertising for the passport I've seen... By a country mile...
I was expecting the passport to be another, a-bit-crap, honestly-it'll-work, UCI thingy, and Kohl's comments merely affirmed this, but this is the first unbiased piece I've seen, so may need to re-appraise now.0
