How much is a reasonable asking price for a Condor Super 330

My old housemate left without paying her last 2 months rent, but left her bike. I'm no bike expert, so I don't know what a reasonable price to ask for it would be (we need to give the money to the lanlord to try and cover some of the cost). Can anyone give me a rough estimate?
It's got a bit of wear and tear - scratches on the paint work, material of the handlebars on one side is a bit untidy and the seat is taped (it looks like a dog had a good go at it), but it works fine and is light.
Details I have gleaned from the bike - Condor Sistems, Michelin pro race tyres, Mavic MA40 wheels.
Ay guidance would be much appreciated.
