Munich to Geneva in 11 days cycling

Hello all,

My wife and I are planning a trip from Munich to Geneva with a possible 11 full days cycling. We'll be camping where we can but are happy to stay in a hotel/hostel where necessary or better. Does anyone have any suggestions of:
- places to visit
- places to stay
- places to avoid
- quieter road to go on

Any help would be much appreciated!
