Here is my lardy ride to match a slightly lardy rider...

Specs are....

OEM AMSL Forks
DHX3.0 fettled by Mojo (worth every penny)
Atomlab DHR rims on Hope pro2 front, DMR revolver rear.
Moto V2's (for stopping said lardy owner)
Shimano SPD's (swapped for V8's and high rollers when im feeling brave)
Raceface ISIS BB (never missed a beat touch wood)
Raceface cranks
Avatar Saddle
Raceface Stem
Funn bars and sticky intense lock ons.

I love it. Its been used and abused and given much fun. Would have to be something really nice to tempt me off it.

Cheers
:)

Looks really good, I love the old frame design :D

What do you use the bike for?

    Cheers 8)

Use it for general trail riding (despise the term All Mountain as I refuse to be given a marketing label!) and the odd indulgence at trail centres. Hitting Afan this thurs and fri 8)

Bike handles lovely with the high BB mount. I love the tight feeling of the shorter travel. A few beefy components to cope with my 18 stone and it is perfect for me.

Currently weighs 33.5lbs according to my bathroom scales. So its not particularly lively on the way up but neither am I.

I run out of talent long before the bike does

Looks a good, beefy bike. Doubt you will ever manage to break it!

My mate has one. His weighs in @ 32lbs. He let me have a quick ride on it. Didn't feel as heavy as I thought it would.

Bike looks nice and evil too  8)
