Ideally I'm looking for an in line one: does such a thing exist?
Or can one turn a laid back one round??

The deda rs supercarbon oversize seatpost has a small setback, maybe 10mm max. Now a superseded model, but still not cheap at ~£80.

Deda, Easton, 3T and FSA all produce zero-offset posts - depends on how deep your pockets are

carboncycles.cc have some nice ones, you could always shim it, they're built like the tune ones which are very very nice and also very very expensive
