Bike box repairs

Does anyone here know anything about getting a bike box repaired? I have one of the 'usual' ones you see everywhere, known variously as Monoc TC1, dhb, Edinburgh Bicycle Co-Op box etc.
I just need spares after the baggage handlers at City airport smashed it up. Basically I'm after wheels and the towing handle. I know Ribble claim to sell parts, but they don't actually have any, nor know when they might.
Does anyone even know who actually makes these boxes? - I tried the Monoc address from the website, but they seem to have disappeared - phone diconnected and mail unanswered.
