Best weather of the year so far!

Just taken my first days holiday since started my new job in March and had planned to take the new road bike out for its first long ride.

Instead my face feels like its been sandpapered and I can't stop sneezing.

    I did hear the carbon-filter facemasks were quite good for it..

    Oh yes and eat local honey. :wink:

    There's a funny thread over on LFGSS re hayfever.

    Just get some Clarityn. I take 1 a day in the summer, does the job - unless Attica's cat get's involved.

    Do you guys have this problem when in the office?

    My face feels a bit puffy, and I have a fairly constant mild headache which has come about since this mini heatwave, grr annoying :)
