We (2 other colleagues) are going to do a 22 mile route before work. This means starting around 4.30 ish in the morning, mto make sure we get back for showers and work at 8.00

    Wouldnt say it was that ridiculous if you are fit enough and get plenty good fuel in you before n after.

    Great idea. Take it easy at work during the day so you are sufficiently rested for the next ride. Go for it.

    great idea, in the winter i get up at 5ish on some friday mornings and head out with the lights on, get some night riding single track in, then watch the sun rise over the city before heading to work and a breakfast bap.
