How do I get a route into my smart phone???

Sorry Technophobe alert!!
I'm off to the Peak District at the w/e to do some of the routes on here....

now I have memory map on my Orbit XDA2 but how do I get either the .gpx or tracklog files into there?????

This isn`t 100% as i`ve never done it but:
1. Import .gpx into memory map on your PC
2. Right click .gpx and convert to route.
3. Send it to Smartphone0 -
My iphone did it dead easy!
