bit of a beginner!!!!! can you help????

just completed the l2b and used my specialized vienna 3 hybrid but was bit jealous with the road bikes racing past....was thinking of purchasing a road bike but haven't got a clue where/what to buy as there seems to be alot to choose, with a huge range in price....wheres the best bet to look, or any suggestions of any models to go for??????

    Perhaps try asking this question in the Road section instead of the MTB section.

    You may also want to try giving a rough budget you have in mind.

    i'm doing the Capital to Coast this Sunday on my hybrid... similar distance, less people!

    i probably saw you riding past my lounge window at the bottom of the lewes road :D
