Chain Rub on front mech and Chain Stay

Ok not that it is a great issue as I don't use the gears when this problem occurs but it still bugs me that I cant fix it.
Its a Cannondale Prophet.
Basically when in Big Front and Big Rear, the chain rubs on the underside of the chain stay as well as the front mech, Ive tried all adjustments and if I get it to stop rubbing it doesn't change up/down properly.
Its the same for the top two rings rear in middle ring as well although thats not the chain stay just the mech.
Running SRAM P990 rear and Race Face Atlas AM front, with a shimano front mech.
When I fitted the cranks I had to bend the front mech up to get it over the big ring anyway ( Bodged satis lol ) Short of a new mech with loads of adjustment options to stop the rubbing, any ideas on the the front rubbing?
As for the chain stay not a lot I can do really except not use that gear not that I do anyway.

^ Thats probably your problem. You shouldn't be using the big front and big rear!0 -
no adjustment will fix it other than a new frame or a smaller big cog."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

BB one thing to consider though is this. it will not happen when you are on the bike.
Only in the stand."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
