Wilier Cento Uno - BB question

I have a question about the bottom bracket on the Wilier Cento Uno, which I'm hoping to have answered here.
The following is a description of the Cento Uno's BB: "...the Cento Uno doesn't require the use of traditional external bottom bracket cups. Instead, the BB bearings are housed inside the frame itself. It's not BB30, rather it allows the use of any Campagnolo Ultra Torque crankset (10 or 11 speed), SRAM system, or Shimano Dura Ace 7900 & 7800. And the result, according to Wilier testing, is a 39% increase in drivetrain stiffness over a bike with a traditional BB assembly."
Since I'm planning on a Campy group, my interpretation of this is that I would simply install the crankset alone, without needing to use either the English or Italian BB cups that come with a groupset...Is this true? My understanding is that nowadays the bearings are an internal part of the crankset, but I could be mistaken, since the description above indicates that the BB bearings are housed inside the frame. Can anyone clarify this for me?

The Wilier website says,
"WILIER OVERSIZE BOTTOM BRACKET
A new feature of the Cento1 is its integrated bottom bracket design - a Wilier Triestina exclusive. It is a completely universal and “open” design, compatible with all major crank and bottom bracket systems currently on the market. The bottom bracket shell has been enlarged by 39%, increasing lateral stiffness for more efficient power transfer."
Which is almost as vague as your quote on the bottom bracket. The distributors are here you should be able to find someone to give you an answer.Neil
