    There are more costs than that though - your company has to pay for the bike at the begining of the scheme so they need to find up to £1k that is spare - might be an issue for some small companies.

    It's not about your pay, it's about the setup costs and management of the scheme - your employers finance/hr department will have to spend some time managing the scheme - time costs money. Simple as that. Your employer also has to buy the bikes up front.

    Many employers are simply not interested
    You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
    If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
    If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.

    If you get cyclescheme to run it then yes, they do most of the work.
