difference in mavic elites from 07 /08/09

Looking at buying some second hand , anyone know the difference so i dont get caught out?

    With the 09's they've given a significant weight reduction - ISM I think - 09's are pretty good all-rounders - not sure about earlier versions.

    Interspoke Milling - think its were they reduce the rim between the spokes - makes wheel lighter. Got it on my SSC SL's.

    07 and 08 are the same wheels - there wasn't any upgrade at all. As already said, 09's are lighter due to the extra milling.
    Carlsberg don't make cycle clothing, but if they did it would probably still not be as good as Assos

    The spoke milling is similar to some of the Campag wheels, in theory meaning you don't need rim tape. Always good to save a few quid on rim tape AND lighten your bike too :D

    Kysriums have never needed rim tape - the milling is on the face of the rim, nothing to do with the inside.

    Same goes for the Zonda wheels.

    Wouldn't know about Mavics but I presumed it would be the same.
