condor integrated headset - replacement bottom cup?

The Condor brand integrated headset that came on my Fratello has got a corroded bottom cup, bearings and cage - am I better off buying an entire new headset or is it possible to buy spares for this sort of thing?
If a replacement headset is the way to go, am I best off sticking with a like for like replacement? Any tips appreciated as I've not replaced a headset before and don;t know what to look for...
