Ordered just 3 of the SiS Smart 1 gels from probikekit costing £4.50 and no delivery charge and received them this morning but with a nice little bonus pack of High5 stuff.
Got: 2 EnergyGel (1 banana blast & 1 orange plus with caffeine)
2 EnergySource Powders (1 Tropical Samba & 1 Fresh Citrus)
2 EnergySource 4:1 Powders (1 Citrus & Summer Fruits)
1 EnergySource Xtreme Powder (1 Citrus)
So not a bad nice little bonus of stuff that I'd been thinking of trying, especially the caffeine stuff, so now I don't have to spend a penny on them

Yep I ordered some bar tape and got the free taster pack. Jolly good stuff and the leaflet giving advice on nutrition and carb loading for events is great.0
