Wiggle bike repair

Hi anyone had to return a bike to wiggle for repair under warranty?
Just trying to get an idea of how long it usually takes

    i sent a bike back under 7 day trial for a repair. took them a few days plus the courier time, so about a week once the courier actually decided to come on a pre arranged date to collect the bike

    ok cheers mines a fault had it about 2 weeks they collected it tuesday got a sportive 5th july so hoping to get it back before then
