Hi,
I am currently using a pair of schwalbe nobby nic 26 x 2.1 and want to change to a faster rolling tyre.
Would a bontrager xr 1 (see link below) in 26 x 2.2 still be quicker???

The Nobby Nic is a fast rolling tyre.
Changing to a Racing Ralf or Speed Kings will give you a bit more speed, but with less grip so you may be back to square one.
The Nobby Nic rolls faster if you get the psi right. I'm running my 2.25's at 25 and 22Now where's that "Get Out of Crash Free Card"0 -
ive got a nic on the front and racing raplh on the rear (2.1) i run them about 35 psi and they're fine for most conditions0

Just been out tonight on a pair of newly fitted Conti race tubless after running a mix of bonty and racing ralphs tyres for the last 18 months and wow what a difference highly recomended roll realy fast on the dry and seen to hold the corners very well1! not so great on wet roots but they are a summer tyre so...
Along with my new wheel set i just knocked 17 min of my 2+ hour training loop so well happy tonight0
