Assos Uni Jersey - Am I meant to wash it in the zippy bag?

Hello all,

just splurged out ona bargain Assos jersey from parkers ebay store, snagged for £36 which I thought was pretty good.

Can certainly feel the quality when it arrived, glad I ordered a large though, which I am not, but it fits very nicely.

Dumbass question, I have heard people say that other assos garments come with a bag to put them in before putting them in the washing machine.

My jersey came in an A4 sized bag that seems to be made out of material, packed with card to keep it's shape which I have since removed, and has a zip at the top.

Am I meant to use this to wash it in, or is it just a nice bit of packing as it were, and I should wash it loose and at 30C?

Cheers

    Wash it loose at 30C
Carlsberg don't make cycle clothing, but if they did it would probably still not be as good as Assos

    Thanks SD,

So the bag is decorative only?

I will have to find a use for it......

I use mine to keep the jersey in - stops it getting snagged on anything. Also, when you wash, fasten the zips, turn it inside out, and make sure there's nothing contacing any velcro in the washing machine.
