I don't think you can by the looks of things. US import only. Kool-stop have a European base in Germany however they don't seem to stock it and none of their UK distributors list it.

Good luck. I see the mighty Sheldon Brown recommended it so can't be bad.

Try this shop if you have to use the US e-tailers

Bought some bits from them myself recently. IIRC the S&H was $13. Some shops won't ship to Europe, this one does.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

I think Condor cycles in London sell an equivalent device. Give them a call.

Nope, but looking at reviews they seem to be easily breakable...

    anyone here got/used one?

Yes i have use mine for a few years now and it hasn't broken yet. Extremely good tool. You may as well get one for a five imo, might just be the answer to your tyre woes.

    As promised...

1st thing congrats to dotbike, never used them before .... bought item from them 14:55 friday, delivered saturday morning... marvelous

2nd.... this device is magic! tight tyres are no longer a problem... no more piching the inner tube and getting tyres on and off 20 times... brill!

only thing is it is fairly long at c. 8 inches, so may cause some people a problem if you need to take it on rides... but for me this is the solution to a sore problem!

Cheers to dotbike, Wooliferkins and the manufacturers of this tool!

    :D

I carry a similar tool around with me when out on the bike as I have found most tyre combinations with Campag wheels fairly tough. It's called a "Var lever" and costs about £5
