    Technically no, the RLJ offence is committed by passing over the white line in front the light when it's red.

    If you go round it it's OK.

    This is why ASL's have a littel feeder lane at the side of them so cyclists can pass the first white line without actually going over it.

    What helmet for a RLJing sometimes pavement riding hybrid single speed fakenger with campag shimano and Sram components riding at night with no lights?

    Does this person have more sex than other cyclists?

    Should they and other cyclists (a predominently white hobby) vote BNP because the BNP's travel/transport policy would mean less people in London (England) and thus less congested roads and better air quality becuase of less cars? - This is why LiT's votes for them... :wink:
