Actually I don't  Just bored, and itching to get down to the pub :)

But there does seem to be a lot of threads about hybrids right now, so I added one more...

I'm bored too, can't really leave work yet.

Have food shopping and laundry to do tonight too, JOY.

+1, and if I was in a position to spend £10K on a bike I think I'd much rather spend that money on a bike that is a master and not a jack of all trades. As such I'd probably become the new best friend of the manager down at GB Cycles and give the mechanics a bit of work as I ask them to remove the Di2 from the Prince they have on display and replace it with Super Record 11 :-D

So the hybrid you'd be buying would be that of superb frame mated with a ridiculously overrated and ugly groupset?

Not quite, I said I was having the Di2 removed ;-) If was was getting a hybrid I'd probably choose a Badboy Lefty as I quite like the interesting styling on it and during my brief test ride on my mates base model BB it was a good ride! I'd also grab one of the child carrying bikes that I had a right hoot on at Dulwich Park so I can actually get out with the small ones without needing to hook up a rickety trailer :-D

Spending £10K on a bike would be just crazy, you could have 2 or 3 real high end numbers (but not top of each range) for that, MTB, Hybrid, Roadie, Cruiser, choices as appropriate to yourself!

Personally the Merida ninety-six carbon frame MTB would be high up the list.
