cheap compact chainsets

I'm looking for a cheap compact chainset,to build up my daughters road bike,the make is immaterial.
any suggestions as to who's cheapest?
so many cols,so little time!

    Planet X has FSA Velo chainsets, complete with megaexo brackets, for £40 at the moment

    Spa Cycles do Stronglight Impact Compact chainsets, I think at £58 - you'd need a BB. A bit dearer, but you can get 165mm crank arm lengths if that's desirable.

    Had a look on the sjscycles site,as will need a BB with that.
    Then I thought,I'll need a chain.
    they do a nice looking gold coloured one....£140,i kid you not!
    so many cols,so little time!
