Funnily enough, I was going to post a query about the old Kiron Scandium, as raved about by C+

I wondered if it would ever return (didn't Wiggle only do a run of 400? They can't have made ANY money on them!)

So what's the Scandium version like? As good as they say? I really wanted one...

It's just a hill. Get over it.

It is the most amazing bike, I often go in bike shops thinking that next year I will buy my first 2k+ bike, and you know what I have not seen anything that will be any improvement over the scandium. The whole package just works, the damn thing is so light to start with and the fork and rear frame provide enough flex for the crappy Devonshire roads. Only thing worth upgrading is to a carbon post, but the easton unit supplied is functional enough.

Climbs beyond my ability, descends like armstrong on EPO.

Wiggle more than likely lost money on them but damn I want another one. :D

I have one too and love it, but mine has just got the frame left now

It's full Dura Ace, Oval Aergo bars, Thomson stem and post and a pair of seriously deep section rims. I swapped all the bits over from my £1300 RexE frame as the Kiron frame was so good.

New one looks a bargain too....must resist spending more money

I think the new one looks ugly.

    There I've said it.

Great spec for the money especially at this years prices. Will there be a Kiron hybrid?
