After having afew years out after getting older and responsible ... well older any way.
Have decide to dig the bike ot and get back out again.
Have a Saracen Buzz. which when bought about 3 / 4 years since was fine for work rides and bridle ways ect.
After been sat in shed have got it out and given good clean up and tighten and seems to just as comfy as when i had it out.
So will keep an eye on here for useful infor to get back into biking again... need to lose a few kilo to get onto any rough stuff but will get there eventually.
