    Not doing this one this time round, but doing the Trossachs Ton for Action Medical Research the following day.
    Already signed up for the following 2010 rides:

    Etape Caledonia (May 16th)
    AMR's Trossachs Ton (June 20th)

    There's a thread on beginners bit of this forum about the Edinburgh to St Andrews.

    I've done it in the past, but am also going for the Trossachs Ton instead. I've done no serious training since the Etape Caledonia so am expecting to suffer horribly.
