stolen? red specialized roubaix in SW london?

just spotted a red roubaix (i think it was a roubaix not a tarmac) being ridden round tooting.
the bike by somebody who doesn't look like the owner.
It doesn't have the vibration things in the rear stays and from the very poor quality pic i managed to snap has red stays and seat tube and the top tube had some naked carbon? wheels were ordinarily spoked and tyres were all black. rear brake was silver. saddle was white with a black patch/logo. it was being ridden by someone wearing trainers but the pedals were road pedals. the rider went up to 2 'mates' who were really interested in the bike as if they hadn't seen it before. i'm guessing it's a 56-58 size.

I think I've seen this dude too cycling down Balham High Road towards Tooting maybe a couple of months ago.
When I saw him, he had a huge Iceland grocery bag balanced in the middle of his handlebars and he was wearing baggy jeans hanging on his hips, pedalling knees pointing outwards.
Seemed like an expensive bike to be doing the weekly shopping on.0
