2 middle fingers hurting ?

Got this problem on my right hand, my middle 2 fingers are often killing me. Still feeling stiff today. Seems to be the inside (palm side) of fingers.

I ride a HT (in case it matters)

I also ride motorbikes.

I've got this too, but in both hands, and the outermost fingers

Feel like they're broken, ride alot of XC, and the pain re-appears every time I go on a long bumpy ride, I use 2 fingers for braking, and it's the 2 that hold the bars that have the pain, I've tried adjusting brake lever angle and reach, but made little difference.

I made a post a few weeks back about the same thing, but still haven't managed to put my finger on the problem (pun intended)

Could be to do withthe angle of your brake levers to your arms.

Your brakes roughly should be in line with your when you are in your main riding position. otherwwise you will cause stress to your joints.
