Horseradish! You know, the really fiery stuff that disolves the insides of your nose from 50 yards. Love it!

Just had a simple ham and cheese sandwich - with horseradish. Me Mam's like, 'you can't do that!' but she thinks haddock and chips is exotic.0

Yea wasabi is great, never get enough in the sushi packs though.
Nice cut of steak with a big spoon of colmans is lush, ever stuck colmans in some mashed potato?! Bloody gorgeous!!!0 -
Mustard mash, fantastic, especially wholegrain. That welsh grained mustard is lovely.0
-
Ahh yea, wholegrain is superb on a wafer thin ham sarni.
How about mustard mayo? I could eat that all day!0 -

Goes without saying ;-)
We are after the number 2 really!0 -
Not a fan of mustard but it's all about the horseradish mash. Has to be slightly chunky.
Top condiment has to be a nice chilli sauce. Had an amazing one a while back that I found on the ethnic food aisle in Tesco but I forget what it was called. It was about the same heat as Nando's hot sauce but with a better flavour. Could eat it with anything!"The problem was, I was still using my eyes even though I had them shut"

I hate nearly all condiments/sauces. Mayo is gross for example & used by shops to mask tainted ingredients :P
However, Lamb & Mint Sauce must be the best combination ever.Start Weight 18st 13lbs March 2009

Mayo in a ploughmans sandwich, tescos are disgraceful for removing it from their ploughmans. I also enjoy a bit of colemans english and horseradish, however mayo still remains the most vital sandwich ingredient as it provides the ''sandwich lube'' eliminating all dryness from the bread0

I have to agree, which is why I only like it with salty bacon. Can't stand it on chips. Then again most people think I'm odd because I don't like chips with vinegar.0 -
HP on bacon butties and fry ups,
Ketchup on fish & chips
Blue Dragon sweet chilli sauce and Heinz garlic sauce on Pizza
Jack Daniels BBQ Sause on Burgers
Piri Piri on any chicken
Branston Pickle on cheese sarnies
English mustard on ham or beef sarnies
