I usually have this for breakfast before a hily sportive, always works a treat: http://www.sharenator.org/The_10_Breakfast/

I try to have one waiting for me at a feed stop too, just in case the blood sugar runs low.

    I wonder if those guys in the photo's had or were planning to do some exercise after that? And I thought cavers had big breakfasts! I reckon I could power through that on a good day after having spent a long time caving, but no way before or after cycling and especially not in under 20 minutes (with or without a drink!).

    Anyone been to Inglesport in Ingleton, North Yorkshire - the "Double Cavers" now that was a breakfast of champions, but compared to this, it makes it look like an undersized appetiser for a bunch of sissy's!
