I work for Asda part-time and just recently found out about this. The effect across Asda has been pretty cool actually.
I didn't think much would come out of it, but Asda now does the cycle to work scheme and also to raise money for charity, 6 store managers from Asda stores in the North East of Scotland have been cycling from Land’s End to John O’Groats.
Departments in my store have been doing activities related to cycling to raise money too, e.g. cycling on trainer for periods of time.
Just thought it would be nice to share the news lol :P
