Here's a brief summary of what His Holiness said:

UCI will take a decision on extending Valv.piti's suspension within the next seven days.

Boonen should be allowed to take part in the Tour.

Biological passports - 300 riders tested under passport. About 50 then targetted in further testing.

Kohl only received 10% of UCI data held on his biological passport. Kohl will see the effectiveness of the passport next week.

Astana hasn't given the UCI satisfactory financial guarantees, need to be given by 6pm Tuesday, otherwise may have licence suspended.
