iam having a nightmare day swapping bits over from full susser to hardtail, anyway i have just snapped off my my new hope head doctor in the fork, the allen key that runs through it has snapped offleaving expanding bit still in there!!how can i get this out drill it??i fitted headset bits tighted up headstem them tighed up headdoctor but there was still play i could feel when i put front brake on so i tighted up head doctor some more hence the snap!!please help cheers

Get rid of the useless thing and fit a starnut! Drill out.
Also not sure you are adjusting the headset properly - once the bearings are adjusted via the topcap, you clamp the stem bolt down to hold the adjustment.0 -
so iam doing it the wrong way!!i tighened up the stem first then tighed the topcap after i am doing it wrong!do you think i could knock it out from the bottom with a metal rod and hammer or are they in very solid?0

Yes, very wrong, and probably why you kiled it!
It will be in solid. Could try and tap a bigger allen key in to loosen the wedge.0
