hello
i posted on here a few months ago about a rp23 i bought off ebay. it was new but had been remved from a new frame. when i recieved it it has oil around the propedal dial and oil seemed to be slowly seeping out from under the rebound adjust below the dial.
the advice i got then was to leave it for a while see if its just from the build.
the shock seems to work ok but it bottoms out very easy when i swich from pro pedal to fully open. i have the sag set right and it doesnt bob too much on pro pedal but i sitll use all the travel too easily on fully open. there doesnt seem to be any oil coming out of it any more but not sure if its just ran out
is there any way i can check if i have had an oil leak.
mojo said its not under warrenty as im not the original owner so would cost me £80 to find out if it is leaking and get it fixed off them.
does any one have any ideas or ways to fix this problem cheaply or even check if i do have a leak, if i do i dont mind paying to fix it just dont want it serviced if its fine
thanks

if you are bottoming out add more air.

Propedal and damping is working? Yes then dont worry

Yes have you put in the right amount of air? I'm 14 stone and need about 150 or a bit more psi to get it about right.
