    The difference?

    About £130 and 85 grams.

    weight and price

the Ksyriums are quite a bit lighter (K. Elites approx 1550g, Aksiums more like 1850g).

I rode some of the 09 Aksiums the other day and they rode really well actually. Didn't feel that heavy but the Ksyriums are a step up in terms of performance.

It's the equipes not the Elites.

I personally don't think that the Equipes are worth the extra over the Aksiums at all. (Having owned both).

I'm pretty sure this was done a few weeks back. General thoughts were that Equipes were not a great improvement over Aksiums at the current price. One poster IIRC reckoned a £50 price difference was about acceptable.
  • I can't help thinking that's a bit of a silly question really, that's like asking what's the difference between a Ford focus and a fiesta.

...which ,strangely, is the exact decision I had to make only a few weeks ago....

ah yes 8) I should actually read the post. All these wheel threads has fried my brain.

Having said that, I'd definitely go for a Focus myself.
