Buy it on sunday for a DVD of Withnail and I.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

What Evans thing? They sell bikes don't they? Rather a lot of them I think which has got to be good. I have bought several from them. A Brompton, a Specialised Sirrus and Kona Kula. My experiences have been nothing but good. Whilst Halfords have their place Evans are step up being solely a cycle shop.

half of them are even more stupid than you first thought.
  • Agreed, nothing wrong with Evans in my view. i've always found their staff more than helpful and knowledgeable. I went to there super-sale at Gatwick at lunchtime. Got a £200 Gore jacket for half-price, a nice pair of MTB shorts and a Spesh shirt that will go nicely with my poo-coloured Langster. Some nice deals on bikes too, if your in the market for a new ride.

I read it this morning. The Times didn't make as much of it as they might. It was mildly disappointing even with a short interview with VP. There seemed to be a definite bias to off rode trails in the south and south west. But the real irritating piece was written by the odious Hugo Rifkind spouting his customary bile on the various different types of cyclists.

The Evans voucher is £10 off you spend £50 or more, £20 off you spend £100 or more. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offers such as club discounts which give 10%.
