I'm so happy because i'm going for my first proper ride this year cos i'm finally better. gonna go to haldon hill near exeter i just hope i still remember how to ride properly lol. i've been out of action for most of the year due to slipping a disk and trapping a nerve in my lower back but as i have been off meds for 3 weeks now and i'm mobile again it'll be interesting to see how fit i am.
