Eurosport subscription query

Apparently my rolling subscription to Eurosport has expired. Great timing on the day the Dauphine goes up the Ventoux. Has anyone else experienced this?

I paid with PayPal so perhaps it can't take an automatic payment. Thinking of resubscribing under my existing details but don't want to be charged twice.

Any help appreciated.
